2- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3- Once we have approved your return, pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided to you.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- We cannot accept returns for any items that have been altered, damaged, or worn.
- All items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or special orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We offer a 6-month guarantee which only covers color changes of the metal parts of our jewelry and does not cover breakages.
