You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- For returns, the order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. We will transfer this amount to the account with which the payment was made.
- Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the case of a return. We, therefore, advise you to send your package via Track & Trace. Unidentifiable returns cannot be processed.
- We accept exchanges, But the cost of the shipping is on your own account.

2. Make sure you pack the unworn jewelry securely and in the original LYHO box. This must be returned in the original shipping packaging or another sturdy shipping box.
3. Return the items including your name and order number to the address below.
