Shipping policy



At LYHO, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and secure manner is important to you. That's why we take great care in the processing and shipping your order as soon as possible.


Shipping Policy:

1- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

2- Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping worldwide via Postnl and DHL.

For Express shipping please contact us via email with your order number.

3- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination:

Netherlands: Shipping costs to all over the Netherlands is free for orders with a value equal/ more than € 50 ( like 2 pairs of earrings ) and for orders less than 50 euro value is € 4.20 

European: European countries such as " Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden"  is Free for orders with a value equal/ more than € 75 ( like 3 pairs of earrings) and for orders with a value less than € 75, is 5,90 Euros.

Far European: Shipping costs to Far European countries such as " Czechia, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark " is Free for orders with a value equal/ more than € 100 ( like 4 pairs of earrings ) and for orders with a value less than € 100, is 7,70 Euros.

Rest of the world: Shipping costs to the Rest of the world such as U.S , Canada, and others is Free for orders with a value equal/ more than € 125 and for orders with a value less than € 125, is 12 Euros.


4- Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination:

- two to three business days for the Netherlands.

- three to five business days for Europe.

- six to ten business days for the rest of the world.


5- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.


International Shipping:

We do ship to international destinations, but please note that additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a lost package investigation.
