Business Assistant Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our small business team as a Business Assistant Intern. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team and assist with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
2- Draft and edit documents and reports
3- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
4- Help with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
5- Contribute to marketing and social media efforts
6- Conduct research and assist with special projects as needed
7- Provide general administrative support as necessary

 

Requirements:

1- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
2- Strong organizational and time management skills
3- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
4- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
5- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
